1. Our carpet is top quality

Our carpets have a European velour look and are made of the strongest, most durable and trouble-free carpet fibers available today. We  design our own carpet, working with the leading yarn suppliers in the world. We produced the first European velour car floor mats in the United States, and they are now the standard in the world's most elegant automobiles. All of our floor mats are made with superior stain resistance and backed with our Open Cell Foam backing to prevent mat movement.

2. There are two kinds of edgings

The second step of the Design Your Car Mats™ process is to pick an edging, and we offer 41 different choices so that you can get the perfect look for your vehicle. Those 41 options are comprised of two different kinds of edging: serging and binding. 

Serging is a stitched edge and binding is a smooth fabric edge. Serging tends to be the more popular choice when our customers design their car floor mats, probably because we offer so many color choices, including a couple of two-tone options, but the various bindings are popular too. There are three different varieties of binding: the solid color bindings, of which there are nine colors available; the Saratoga bindings, which include polka dot and striped options; and the LA bindings, which include reflective and camo options. 

Both edging types give your custom designed floor mat a finished look, and you can pick from the 41 total options the best color and style to complete your personalized look.

3. Heelpads protect your floor mats

Every time you get in and out of your vehicle, your floor mats experience a little bit more wear and tear, and the space just under your right heel takes the worst of it. As you work the gas and brake pedals, your heel is working the same spot on your floor mat, which over time will cause the mat to wear out in that one spot.  

A heelpad is the best way to protect your custom floor mat because a heelpad is an extra thick carpeted pad that goes under your heel area on the driver's side mat. All of our heelpads are applied with a special finished edge. They come in two styles – rectangular or round – and are available in 19 different colors.

4. Embroidery will set your mats apart

You don't have to personalize your custom floor mats, but adding a personal message, name, initials, monogram or single letter monogram will surely set your new floor mats apart from any others on the market. Adding personalization is the best way to truly make your mats unique. Our custom embroideries are available in 18 colors and two font styles: block and script. You can add any word or phrase you want, up to 10 characters (including spaces).

HOW TO INSTALL

Please follow the step-by-step guide below to install your Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury Car Mats in no time.

Front

• Remove the old floor mats from the vehicle before laying down your custom-made mats.
• We advise you to begin installation from the driver side of the vehicle.
• You can identify the appropriate mat for the driver's side by examining the heel grip.
• Next, adjust the driver's seat all the way back and slide the mat into place.
• Then slide the built-in clips along the sides to fully secure the mats in place.
• Repeat the same steps with the passenger side mat.

Rear

• Adjust the drivers and passenger seat all the way forward to install the back-row mats.
• Place the mats across the floor, and they should slide just right in.
• Lastly, add the built-in clips wherever they're needed to fully secure the mats in place.
• Every set of mat comes with a collection of built-in clips. However, it's not essential to use them all.
• Now the installation of your new custom-made car mats is complete.

NOTE: Once you receive your Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury Car Mats, you can simply set them in the sun to get rid of creases that may have formed during shipping. However, this is unnecessary as creases tend to fold out over time.

FAQ

Are the custom car mats all-weather floor mats?
Yes, our mats are very flexible and made to protect your vehicle against all seasons. The mats are waterproof, very durable against snow and mud and easy to clean.

How do I clean the custom car mats?
Our car mats can be taken out and hosed down like a normal mat. They can also stay in and be vacuumed and wiped down if they are not too muddy.

Are the car mats easy to install?
Yes, it takes 3 mins to install. You do not need to take out the original carpets.

Does the car mats fit manual transmission vehicles?
Yes, our custom car mats fit both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Can you accommodate different interior layouts?
Yes, we can customize the car floor mats to fit different floor layouts in the vehicle. E.g. if you have captain seats on the 2nd row. Please let us know your needs and we will add the details to your order.

What if I'm not happy with the fitment?
If against expectations you're not happy with the fitment of your custom car floor mats we will amend your mats and ship them out to you free of charge.

I can’t find my car model?
Please ask us if you don’t see your model. We have 98% of all car models from - on file.

When do you ship after I order?
We ship orders Monday–Friday. Please allow 5-8 business days processing time to make your custom car mats before we ship.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
For customers within the United States, your order should arrive within 5 - 10 business days after processing via FedEx or UPS. We ship other international orders via EMS. Average delivery time is 10 - 20 business days depending on your location.
