I inquired of the manufacturer (Bulk Supplements) what exactly was in these capsules. While the contents are 300mg, only 60mg is actually PS! The remaining 80% is 'other stuff'. Their reply was:
"We can confirm that you will receive no less than 60 mg of phosphatidylserine in a 300 mg serving of our phosphatidylserine. The remainder of this serving is made of Other Phospholipids, Glycerides, and Silicon Dioxide."
Silicon dioxide is SAND. I still cannot recommend this product.

Manufacturer says these capsules contain 300mg Phosphatidylserine (PS) - BUT their BULK PS supplement states 500mg of their PS only contains 100mg PS. The RDA of PS is 300mg - I have NO IDEA what is really contained in these capsules. so WHAT is one supposed to take ??
ONE of their 300mg capsules, 3/5ths of their 500mg powder, OR mg of their powder listing 100mg PS per 500mg ??
