1. Check whether there are any missing, intact and effective facilities, aging, damage, failure, etc. in the high-altitude work platform and the scaffolding erected on the periphery of the vertical cable-making plant steel structure, all railings, dense mesh safety kings, safety flat nets, etc.

2. Check whether employees comply with safety operating procedures, whether they participate in the third-level education, and whether there are any unsafe behaviors such as illegal operations and fatigue operations.

3. Set up a professional safety production hidden danger investigation team, led by the project manager in person and participated by the heads of relevant departments.

4. Develop a detailed investigation plan to clarify the time, location, content, and responsible person of the investigation.

5. Use various methods such as on-site inspection, inquiry, and reference to materials to carry out the hidden danger investigation work in a comprehensive and in-depth manner.

6. For the above-mentioned safety production hidden dangers, classify and sort them immediately, and clarify the rectification measures and rectification time limit.

7. The project formulates a safety hidden danger supervision and management mechanism. Establish and improve the hidden danger investigation and rectification archives, record the rectification process throughout, and ensure the traceability of the rectification work.
