When you're having to come back and repair metal, it's a very lengthy process because you're having to pull it off, then you're having to put it back on. Then usually metal corner bead takes three to four coats to get it completely full, so then you have more time spent on making sure that product is finished. It's just it's hard to fix it once it's damaged … It ruins the sheetrock, too, when you pull it off, because you have to pry it off, so then your backing, your drywall board is also ruined.”
